By Car

We’re just off of the A406/A13 roundabout on the A1020 Royal Docks Road, on the left side as you travel towards the University of East London or The Excel Exhibition centre.

By Train

Gallions Reach DLR Station is just a short walk or bus journey from the Shopping Park. To continue your journey via bus take the 366, 262 or 101 from the bus stop outside the DLR station.

Parking is free for 4 hours

Using PureGym during the night between 12am and 5:30am?
Please note that visits during these hours will automatically trigger a parking ticket unless you register your vehicle. Simply use the tablet once in PureGym to enter your registration number and avoid a charge.

Our parking is managed by UKPC, a trusted partner, to ensure smooth operation and accessibility at all times.

EV Chargers

In partnership with RAW Charging, we have 8 ultra rapid (up to 150kW) charging bays for electric vehicles. Please be aware that standard parking restrictions still apply.

Payment can be made via contactless debit/credit card or via the ChargePoint App.

Disabled Parking Bays

Disabled parking bays are located in front of store entrances for ease of access. Please note that these bays are to be used only by customers with a valid Blue Badge clearly displayed in the vehicle.
